Foot Pedal Activated Impulse Heat Sealers
A Return to Basics

Oct 18, 2000
These new machines are a return to basic 'bullet-proof' heavy-duty design as specified by MIL-S-22783C & A-A-2953. Even though these military specifications are no longer actively enforced, the guidelines they established for robust construction and ease of operation still serve as viable performance goals.

This new family of machines are foot pedal activated and portable. The controls are simple yet suitable for a validated process. The heat impulse and cooling dwell cycles are controlled by solid-state timers in specific time intervals. A dwell indicator light illuminates the end of the sealing cycle signaling the operator to open the sealing jaws.

The iSeal Impulse Heat Sealer has been designed and engineered for heavy-duty use. Just what you would expect from a group of Vertrod
expatriates!
The unobstructed design provides access to the sealing jaws from either the front, side or back of the heat sealing machine.
The iSeal Impulse Heat Sealer is engineered to seal a variety of different compositions of thermoplastic films, textiles, laminations and thin foams.
The machine is designed to produce hermetic, airtight and watertight seals (dependent upon the sealing characteristics of the material).
Providing us samples of your specific materials for evaluation and testing is always suggested and sometimes required in order to insure the most suitable machine design and set-up. Representative sealed samples in your material will be returned for your own inspection and evaluation.
